Terms & Conditions

  1. Accommodation is subject to availability and the hotel booking will be confirmed once you have confirmed your exact travel dates
  2. Offer is available to use within 12 months from the date of purchase
  3. Accommodation is provided by Viking Travel Club SL for 7 nights subject to availability.
  4. Accommodation is provided on a self-catering basis. Refundable security deposit might be requested at check-in.
  5. The maximum occupancy of the reservation may not be exceeded.
  6. One member of the party must be at least 35 years of age.
  7. This reservation is only valid for the persons mentioned in the reservation details and is non-transferable.
  8. Cost of flights, food and entertainment are the sole responsibility of the travellers as are all health precautions (Covid-19), insurance, passport, and visa and entry requirements.
  9. Participants may use all resort facilities. All extra costs and expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.
  10. The Administration fee for a reservation is not a deposit and is non-refundable.
  11. This accommodation offer is not for retail sale, may not be used or gifted in conjunction with other offers, or exchanged.
  12. Insufficient or non-payment of the administration fee or other monies due, fraudulent attempts to use this offer or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions will automatically invalidate the offer and absolve Viking Travel Club of all responsibility to the participant.
  13. Viking Travel Club does not accept liability for any damages, loss, delays, injuries, deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by circumstances outside of its control, including force majeure, strikes, local customs, laws, politics or the actions of any other persons not employed by them.
  14. Reservations may be modified or cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival. Payments made at the time of the booking are non refundable.   15. In order to arrange the airport transfer we require to receive your flight details to Tenerife South Airport at least 21 days prior to arrival. Please email your flight information (Departure Airport, Flight Number and Arrival time) to reservations@vikingtravelclub.com.
  16. In the event of the failure to arrive at the resort on the confirmed dates, Viking Travel Club or the resort where the holiday is booked, reserves the right to charge the full resort accommodation tariff to the participants.
  17. All participant couples, individuals or families will be required to attend the informative meeting with a Viking Travel Club representative, however, participants are under no obligation to accept any offer or enter into any contract.
